Mac Studio + VSCode で [ の絡むショートカットが到達しない問題

I've had same problem with macOS Big Sur and Monterey. Not only VSCode but Electron apps didn't receive "cmd [" combination.

I fixed this with 3 times of Macintosh HD format and 3 times of macOS reinstallation. (Even if no other apps or extensions is in my Mac, I encountered this issue 2 times).

I don't know the reason why I could fix this but I can suggest the following steps.

Update the macOS to latest version.

Shutdown and boot with "cmd R".

reinstall macOS. (macOS reinstallation don't erase your data. Format Macintosh HD if you want to erase yours.)
